Coco Fitness is a women's health and fitness brand operated by Coco Fitness Inc.. We provide digital health and fitness products, including guides, meal and workout resources, programs, and related coaching and community content. Most products are digital and delivered electronically with the access described at the time of purchase.

4. Purchases, payment, and payment plans

Prices are listed at checkout. When you buy, you agree to pay the listed amount plus any applicable taxes.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until the balance is paid. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause your access until the account is current. You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law. 6. License and intellectual property

Everything we create (guides, programs, text, graphics, logos, photos, and the Hourglass Method framework) is owned by Coco Fitness Inc. and protected by law. When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use.

You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, or republish our content, post it in part or in full anywhere, or use it to build a competing product. Sharing your login or files with others is not permitted.

7. Text messaging terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 8. Acceptable use
